Just in time for this years onslaught of cash strapped students, our favourite little op shop has opened its doors in a new spot at 166 Cuba street.

This was a fun little project for us – giving us the chance to get away from the computer and get our hands dirty with a bit of illustration.

The design follows our initial work on the brand and store graphics in the old Leftbank lane shop, using our recreated story of the Paper Bag Princess.

Paper Bag Princess had been serving the Auckland second hand clothing market for some time. The combination of new ownership and expansion into the Wellington market provided an opportunity to rebrand and to lift the perception of quality bargains for this op shop.

With some creative copywriting and illustration work directly over existing fittings, we transformed the store into a light, fun, positive place to find the best clothes bargain. A place that made people feel proud to shop for a bargain.

See www.paperbagprincess.co.nz for more information.
