Te Horo brand and packaging wins business award

Our brand and packaging work for Te Horo jam has just been awarded gold in the Electra Business of the Year Awards!

Finalist in two other categories (including  marketing and image building), it took gold in the ‘Regional branding and promotion’ category for the Kapiti and Horowhenua business awards.

“Te Horo Foods’ marketing strategy is to bring the region’s best to customers outside the region.” Says CEO Tim Gibbs.  ” The nature of its products and activities leaves the customers with an unforgettable positive impression and memory of the fruits of our region.”

“Everyone comments on the unique look and how the label says Quality. One of the supermarket owners recently said that ‘you guys are making waves’, being a credit to the design team responsible for the look and feel of the product.”

Congratulations to everyone at Te Horo and all others involved in winning this award and making Te Horo such a success.

On a final note – Te Horo’s first export order has just been delivered! Te Horo jam is now available in Singapore.

What’s a starfish anyway?

Starfish Consulting re-branding by The Penningtons.

During the last few months we’ve been busy working with Starfish Consulting to help them rethink their brand identity. From starfish to star  fish. It’s not about being a big fish or a small fish, it’s about being a different fish.

More on Starfish to come soon.

Big thanks to Kim Mills, Ian Taylor and Harry Hall – Starfish is in good hands.
